Primary Care Networks explained

Primary care networks are a new way for local health services to work together to care for populations of around 30-50,000. A new animation describes how the networks use pooled staff and resources, improve record-sharing and create better access for patients. With the support of NHS England, primary care networks will help practices in England to achieve the objectives set out in the General Practice Forward View, the five year plan for general practice which began in 2016.
